Unfortunately Paris HQ will just see numbers on a spreadsheet. The numbers must have made for some horrific reading whilst the old CEO was at the helm, which could explain his departure and the fact he hasn't publicly acknowledged his tenure at Transdev since. There'll more than likely be notices up in the bus station and staff milling around to point people in the right direction, but considering it's only in the evenings I don't think it'll cause that much of an issue.

Yes, but funding was secured nearly 18 months earlier. Quality second hand buys and the cascades as a result of the incoming electrics will refresh a few fleets I'm sure, but the Versa's on the Mainline in Burnley, 6/7 in Blackburn and especially the 464 are starting to feel quite tired now so...

See below (post #2780), notes from the union rep, late 2022. It does state that there are no new buses for 2023, but I can't see this changing for 2024.

It'll be interesting to see what happens in the future. With no new vehicles currently on order for any fleet, aside from the incoming electrics, and no plans for any new investment it'll be interesting to see where and when the next new order will be.

How times change. At one point it was Blazefield's biggest earner meaning it had the quickest turnover of new vehicles.

I think the biggest issue Transdev have with their app is that customers were well used to the previous version which had very little, if anything, wrong with it. Forcing people to use a substandard app which is missing a lot of features they're used to and a lot more complicated to do the...

Whilst on the topic of the new app, it appears to have received a lot of 5 star ratings in the Apple App Store. However, none of those 5 star ratings translate to a review, they still make for a bleak read. Anyone would think staff have been asked to give it a 5 star rating to push the average...
