sorry to hear about your job loss...I am an instructor but in the guard grade, if any of my trainees f ***k up , the incident goes down on my safety record as I am ultimately responsible. hopefully you have ASLEF on the case for you, have you been dismissed for the driving grade or the railway as a whole ??
