Hi Guys.
Apologies to Peter for not responding, I’ve not checked the forum for a while. In terms of my DMI at Oxford it was very relaxed and lasted just over an hour. The questions were mostly competency based with a couple on the role and company (what research You’ve done etc). As I’d passed...
I had my DMI this week and was informed today that I’d been successful! So I’ve been placed in the talent pool pending future vacancies.
Good luck to everyone else going for these roles.
Hi Guys,
Are there any GWR drivers (or any staff for that matter) based at Oxford on here? I have an interview next week so would be grateful of some info on the depot and routes covered etc. I’m struggling to find the info I want from their website.
Thanks in advance for any help.
Hi Mate. I applied for Oxford depot.
Like others I’d had the two generic emails advising me of the delay in papersifting so was pleasantly surprised to get an email yesterday inviting me in for an interview!
Has anybody heard anything regarding this yet?
I’ve been invited to attend an interview next month. I assume it’s straight to DMI as I’ve passed all the psychometric screening with another TOC. Thought I’d bump this in case anybody else is in a similar position or has heard anything re: OPC dates.

Good luck with this one.
Cheers Johnny. I'm in a talent pool for another TOC at the min so am used to the long wait! Good luck with this anyway, hopefully we'll hear something soon.
Hi Guys. Just wondered if anybody has heard anything more on these? I applied the day the advert came out and completed the online tests but haven't heard anything. I know a couple of people have heard bad news but wondered if anybody had been invited for telephone interviews yet?
Just had my rejection email too. Said I wasn't successful for this years intake but due to my strong performance they will offer me first refusal on the 2018 depot driver vacancies. Will have to weigh that one up when the offer arrives. Disappointed but a good experience and puts me in a strong...
I also had my interview today. Found it quite relaxed and the people who interviewed me made me feel at ease straight away. Like others have said I was advised that I will hear back from Chiltern within 4 weeks. They also asked if I would like to have my details kept on file for future intakes...
