Fantastic Ian, thank you. It will be interesting if he is on the interview panel if I make it to the DM interview at Victoria. I'm guessing it will be either Graham Crosby or David Cafe.
Do you know how long he was at Grove Park and when he moved to Victoria? Was he a DM at Grove Park aswell with retained driver competencies?
I'll mention that I've spoken to Ian, a driver from Grove Park in passing, see if he remembers you.

I’ve got my assessment day for Southeastern Trainee Driver coming up extremely soon (13th March) for a post at Victoria. I don’t normally get that nervous but this is a huge exception. I’ve been waiting for this day since I was a little boy! Well I’m only 23 now, so still technically a little boy haha!

Do you happen to know the DM's at Victoria? I know one of the is David Cafe if I'm not mistaken?

I thought I would just swing you a message because I saw that you are a driver for SE. How did the interviews go, what sort of things did they ask you? If there’s absolutely anything pointers you could give me I would be unbelievably grateful, more than I am able to convey in this email.
