    The former, you will hear when a decision is made. The timescales for that decision being made vary considerably. So if another vacancy is advertised and you are interested apply for that and any others that you see in the meantime.

    I think you will be ok if SHL have said you completed the tests and NR review them. HR are usually good when an error has been made on their side I have found.
