New building south of York station?

Yeah, this will be the new Network Rail Signalling and training centre. Eventually likely to control the whole of the ECML and much of Yorkshire: http://www.yorkpress.co.uk/news/9549146.Details_of_Network_Rail_control_centre_to_go_on_show/

    York station best position?

Defo, end of platform 9, though you may need binoculars or someone with a pair to get some of the 66's coming off the avoiding line ;)

Costa do not charge around £4 for a Cappucino! Completely inaccurate. The largest one possible from an outlet at say Leeds Station will be no more than £3 :)

Former Eurostar route from Waterloo International

Hi there, I'm trying to establish the original Eurostar route from 1994. Which stations did it pass through? And when was the link to the first part of HS1 built?
