Nonsense.
It will be sustainable for as long as it takes to come to a resolution. Nothing can happen until the trial is completed and it is agreed locally that it is safe for trainees & DIs to be in the cab together. It is just a matter of when not if.
Aslef has stated that no jobs are at risk...
Just ask yourself how much does this job mean to me? Suited and booted at every stage. It won't hurt to be too smart, but it could if you are under dressed. They have no problems with you being comfortable for the assesments and can ditch the jacket and tie if you need.
Both Network rail and Scotrail put out a statement about a recruitment drive, 100 positions with ScotRail and 200 with network rail. Stv news covered it but to be honest I think it was yesterdays news. I think this is about the current recruitment drive, not an additional recruitment drive.
Just been practising for the cables and dials test. Pretty sure I know what it involves with the four dials and priority. My question is where does the cables part come in to it?
Thanks, just as I had previously understood it, just wanted to check so no surprises on the day. Basically the whole lift scenario is irrelevant. Just count the lows.
Phew! Thanks for putting my mind to rest. I read somewhere about low tones are down a floor and high up a floor. And the whole time searching the book you where adding and subtracting floors
Thanks mate, this is my first crack at this, initially it all seems easy but then when I started studying I soon realised not so.
Like you say I'm not going to overthink things just go in and see what happens.
