Is there an expectation of an operator to offer a certain level of comms/service updates/web presence to travellers before tenders are awarded by local authorities? Most mid to large sized operators now offer frequently updated websites, social media accounts that advise of service disruption...

The laughable thing is that assuming the bus did approach from the Bus Station direction, the low bridge warning system hasn't worked for years. I think just for clarity, people may be getting their 12's mixed up. Faresaver are taking the 12 service IN BATH over from The Big Lemon. The 12 Service in Bristol remains with Stagecoach

The (recently-ish introduced) 103 Slough - High Wycombe has gone to Double Decker operation in recent weeks, so maybe First are fighting back ?
