As of the beginning of this week the OPC had still not sent the results of my assessment over to EMT.

The original advert said training starts on 22nd April.....

I had an email this morning; they will be in contact via post in regards to the aspects I failed on, which I would presume to be the Structured Interview. Gutted

Sorry to hear that mate. I failed also, on safety and pro-activeness, both of which I got a C in, with B being the threshold for a pass.

It's one of the categories you are scored on in the criteria based interview, which felt like an intensive grilling!

Received email in march: Thank you for your recent application for Trainee Depot Driver, unfortunately on this occasion you have not been successful in progressing to the assessment day, however your application will be kept on record for our next recruitment drive.
Telephoned me today, invited to assessment on 10th June.

Luckily enough I have received the same phone call today inviting me to attend an assessment day on the 11th June.
