No such e-mail notification has ever been offered on this quiz as a normal course of events, unless a period of time elapses where it becomes clear that contestants are taking their holidays. Normally, I just expect those interested to access the quiz to find it somewhere on the index page on the Quizzes and Games forum.

I have the email subscriptions for this specific thread and a few others which I want to keep check on. Other topics I just leave and wait for them to show in the User CP.
