Reports of a Cat 'A' SPAD at Woodcroft. Miscommunication between Engineering Staff and Driver regarding movements to/from an engineering possession.

Cat A? What's one of them ;) Shurely you mean driver responsible SPAD? As opposed to an 'operational incident SPaD'... Hehe.

Nope i mean a Cat 'A' SPAD...and don't call me Shirley! ;)

The technically minded amongst us know that the categories were changed a while ago. Whilst the Driver Error one remains classed as a cat 'A' SPAD, (Signal passed at danger) for the unknowing; the other terms were discontinued in favour of being classed as an "Operating Incident".
