Westbury reinstating Down Salisbury platform line

Is there any news on this as surely it would help improve pathing at Westbury with 4 platform faces - The last I heard was it was talked about in 2013 but no idea if any progress has been made since?

What needs to be done to reinstate it?

My colleague attended an NR public meeting a couple of weeks ago regarding the Westbury platform extensions for IEP and raised this very question. The short answer was no, it's not planned for reinstatement under the platform alteration works.
