Buying FIP discount tickets online?

Hello guys,

does anyone of you have an idea about where I can buy an FIP discounted 50% ticket for, let's say France, online without having to visit a ticket office?

I don't believe there is any "online" facility other than ordering in advance through "International Rail" where you fill in an online form (and there is a £10 booking charge).

Other than that its booking offices (and in some cases machines) in the country concerned.

If you email Ffestiniog Travel ( [email protected] ) they will do it for you, although they charge 8% commission. It's worth it as they are quick, they know their stuff, and will post the ticket out to you.

I should point out that there are a couple of other agents which can do FIP tickets as well, I'm not on Ffestiniog's payroll
