The 715 tonne is often a giveaway for timings for on-track plant.
Some of the real times sites also show the "service code", which can be looked up via http://www.scot-rail.co.uk/page/Train+Service+Codes or https://www.rail-record.co.uk/train-service-codes/
Your one on Wednesday on realtimetrains shows Service Code 53694102, which the second of those sites says is "Volker Rail owned Yellow Plant", and the first shows 5369xxxx as "On-Track Machine movements for Network Rail"
