Whilst in this case '2107' likely means '2017' or similar, apparent errors like this can occur when something goes wrong and a train has to return from whence it came (such that the second time the train passes that place appears as the 'real' time).

It's displayed the time, at the same location, relevant to the 29th line of the schedule.
