If they're are comparing it to mainline, which is a safety critical role, then it will probably be:
Drugs and alcohol screening
Hearing
Vision
ECG (maybe)
Medical history etc etc.

When I did a heritage medical it was nothing like a main line medical. It was just a chat with a GP who had volunteered their time. I believe they tested for diabetes via urine, asked about medical history, did an eye sight and colour blindness test. There was no hearing test, no ECG, no drug test, no weight check or anything that required medical equipment as it was just done in a random meeting room. Not a very serious medical by any stretch of the imagination. Of course all organisations will vary.
