Could the SWML be upgraded west of Poole?

Worth baring in mind 450s are only allowed to pull 75% of their available power, and 444s 81%. There is more to give but NR need to put an extra 50P in the meter.

And there was me thinking that it was because of the extra aero-dynamic resistance of the scummers mouths being open.
hopefully these will be closed next month. (Fratton End season ticket holder).
