Hi,

I'm looking at a potential new job that would require travel fro. Newark northgate to either York or Leeds.
Unfortunately it'll be fairly flexible so whilst I know I'll be travelling to one of the two stations everyday I won't know which one until probably max the week before.

LNER don't do one season ticket to both destinations, annoying as it's the same price. So I was looking at whether getting a season ticket to the next station up, Harrogate, would allow travel to both Leeds & York?
Or whether there's a solution that I haven't thought of yet.

Thanks!

Newark to York is valid via Leeds as it is a mapped route in the National Routeing Guide - so you can just buy the ticket to York.

It’s always worth looking if you can extend the season ticket further without increasing the cost, as this may open up new routes or allow you travel elsewhere at the weekend. You may find that a small increase in season ticket price is worth it to include some leisure travel, there are several options in that area, feel free to pm me for some examples.
