Freight timetables for Brexit Day Oct 31

Please move this if there already is a thread...

Arrangements have been made for road transport to and from the contiment via the Channel Tunnel should we leave the EU on October 31st, Have any arrangements be made for rail traffic ?Im not sure which freight moves by rail via the tunnell, but what if there is a hold up ?Wll freight trains be backed up ?

Well, if I was the the carrier concerned, I would be demanding evidence of full and correct documentation, and appropriate assurances from the French authorities, before a wheel is turned.

Not to mention ensuring insurance cover is in place in both countries and that the personnel operating the train and and its load are in compliance with French/EU law.

Given the paucity of people in the UK who understand this stuff from the perspective of a third party country attempting to import goods into the EU, the outcome could be "interesting".
