Class 315 on GWML

Just passed Pangbourne on a Class 800, albeit at max speed, but could have sworn I just saw a TfL liveried 315 pass me in the opposite direction headed towards Didcot Parkway.
Anyone have any knowledge about whether these are on the GWML, and for what reason?
Sorry if I’m out the loop.

And if it wasn’t a 315, what unit is white with a blue stripe all the way along which could be on the GWML?
