There seem to be problems between London and Leicester.

The last time this happened to me I was told very helpfully by you lot how to get back via Nuneaton. But.. the ticket office staff at the time were saying my ticket wouldn't necessarily be valid on that route and that rail replacement buses and another route was the solution. Which I found worrying.

Am I ok coming back today from Euston via Nuneaton today? AND must I wait for the off peak fare times - I have a super advance off peak ticket. IF so what is my earliest train from Euston and is there any reliability data on how late it might be - if at all - into Nuneaton.

Thanks for any help

Thanks RJ, but I can't get that link to work.

Is it the case that I must take a train after 7pm or can I travel earlier with my cheap ticket? Thanks again

What exact ticket do you have?
Super Off-peak return from London terminals?
If so the first train you can take after 1635, is after 1847

This is the link from EMR, which showed ticket acceptance.

The first trains that are after 1845 is the 1846 LMR service and 1910 Virgin WC service. There arrive at a similar time to NUN and both are good to catch the next XC service to Leicester.
Though, I doubt Virgin / London Northwestern staff would enforce EMR's time restriction policy as they are paid by EMR anyway.

Many thanks. I have a super off peak return. Normally I have to use this after a certain time in the evening when returning from St P to Leicester.
