HI, just wondering if anyone had any information.

I sat a series of Tests September 2018 for Freightliner with the OPC at crewe. I was unsuccessful, however I am applying for another position and I can't remember what tests I dipped on and what I passed. I have contacted the OPC and they are saying that they cannot give me this information and that the Operator I am applying with needs to apply for those details.

I can understand that the new Operator would have to do their own due diligence and ascertain the information. but I find it hard that I cannot find out what tests I have passed or failed to allow me to prepare for the testing accordingly.

any help or advice would be grateful.

I think this question has been asked before and one of the answers was to put in a Subject Access Request under GDPR asking for all of the personal data they hold on you. There was also some mention of a Freedom of Information request, but I think this generally only applies to public bodies and not private companies (which the OPC are)

OPC are slow and take their time sending results to tocs...always telling you to email when you call them

There is a contact form on their website. Full out this form with your name and address and maybe NI number and request all relevant data about you under the GDPR laws. They have to send it within 30 days.

As Cyclist says, this is the only way you will get the info you want from the OPC. All other attempts will be blocked by them.

The OPC will just send the raw data, not what you've passed and failed. The information will be useless to you unless you know how to interpret it

I recieved the very test paper I did of the DFFT test minus the questions. I could see everything I did on the day.

I received a list of tests marked "pass" and "fail" and a transcript of every question also marked "pass" or "fail". It helps you see which tests or questions you messed up on. Sounds like train_lover above managed to get even more info!
