Question: How are Seven Sisters and Edmonton Green stations used by Greater Anglia services?

Pretty much what the title says - I'm working on a project right now and trying to figure out exactly what Greater Anglian services use Seven Sisters, Edmonton Green and/or their tracks, and where those services stop along the way. Is there a consistency to this, or is it an irregular service based on when the WAML needs to be relieved?

Also would appreciate being pointed towards any empirical data!

It seems to vary between days but typically several late-night services seem to stop at Seven Sisters every night, normally around 3 or 4. None seem to stop at Edmonton Green anymore. I'm assuming this is because of regular late-night engineering work, which also explains why the exact number and timing of services changes between days.

Real time trains suggests Seven Sisters gets some GA services every evening usually the last ones. Nothing at Edmonton Green and some services stopping at White Hart Lane (in lieu of Northumberland Park by the looks of it) for Tottenham games I expect.
