suspect Unit 214 had items robbed/ componet recovery at Noirthampton so made it unmoveable by rail, so was taken by road to Stoke for scrapping

5Q77 0758 Allerton Depot to Newport Simms Wednesday 14th February 2024, saw probably what was the last original 319 Numbered ex passenger livery, ex service toc units for scrap.
In the form of ex Northern units 319386 with 319379 on rear, however this final working saw the return of 37884 Cepheus on this final ever Northern rail 319 Scrap move. Where as each one Since November 2023, when the final 15 Started to leave was by 37800. However 37884 Cepheus had the honours of performing the final Northern move. On time as far as Bescot Stadium, then around 14 late thereafter.
However when witnessed through Stourbridge Junction around 1249 14 Late, 37884 was in fine throttle and could be heard full sound and full echo of burbling, all around the surrounding Stour lines and Vale of Dudley areas, all around in complete epic roar of surround sound. Turn up the speakers.

They were still taking bits off it and onto pallets so presumably spares for someone? Saying that who else has 319s now?

I'd assume for the Northern 769s.
Dropped into Lidl car park today could only see a TPE set. Is that where you saw 426 please? If not is where you saw it publicly viewable ?

I visit frequently and it had been out of view for ages, I saw it when I posted in the shed to the side of Lidls loading bay, but it had moved across the yard to the right of the 321s in the yard visible from the wall in lidls car park. If you could see the 321s and the 18s then it may wellhave been shunted out of sight again. Next time I pop down I will have a look and let you know

There is normally some outside the lifting shop but impossible to ID them. They would normally be visible through the railings in lidls car park.

Had a look today, two 321s in the yard with 4 class 18s visible but impossible to ID and TP01

Will anymore 319s be heading to what was/still is Cockshute Sidings Stoke On Trent? I know there used to be a good vantage point for photos from the bridge across mainline, and also the path that runs adjacent to the English China Clay sidings.

What has happened to the 'Orion' project with their 768 and 319? As far as I know, 768001 is now at Castle Donnington Emdc and has been since November, no further use planned? And why did their second unit, the 319, never get the 768 (769/5) treatment?
