Delay repay - how long to process?

I’m currently mid way through a 7 day rover and have had significant delays on over half the trains so far!

How long are delay repay claims taking to process with Avanti at the moment - has anyone got recent experience?

I put in for a claim with Avanti (concerning a train that had been cancelled on the day, resulting in a 60 minute delay) on 9 March. It was approved on the 11th, the money was in my account on the 14th.
