Perhaps the NRM is gift wrapping the locos they are giving away!

Last week there was a "gift-wrapped" electric loco (84001?), but it was inside the main building

Update: popped into the NRM and managed to grab a photo out of the window:
One looks like an electric loco as @eastwestsaid, the one at the front of the pic is a six axel diesel, maybe a 47?
The wrapped wagon at rhe back is just that, a wagon.

I think that the electric loco is a class 86

i noticed those the other day - assume they are wrapped for onward travel somewhere - are they off to the greatest gathering?

There's a few of the west coast electrics going, so the 84 could well be going too

It has oval buffers so guessing it's the 84.
