I need to get a refund on 6 months of an annual season ticket.
Previously, the magnetic strip stopped working so I swapped it for a new one. The new ticket is marked as "duplicate" with a price of £0. Is this a problem?
Nightmare at gatwick, with trains being cancelled and people being dunped from their trains. So today is one off.... But i reckon this will become a major interchange once thameslink is complete. It wont cope.
Anyone know what going on here? Actual opening hours don't match advertised and appear not to for over a year...

FCC seems to be under the impression that they are in the business of selling tickets and moving trains.. they are not. They are in the business of transporting people!
My train on Friday was half the usual length. This in itself isn't really excusable. (spare trains anyone?), but not the end...
