    I think even during snow drifts around 8 years ago things were better! Trains currently can't enter Brighton as all platforms are occupied.

    Season ticket refund

    I need to get a refund on 6 months of an annual season ticket. Previously, the magnetic strip stopped working so I swapped it for a new one. The new ticket is marked as "duplicate" with a price of £0. Is this a problem?

    Gatwick Airport station: inability to cope

    Nightmare at gatwick, with trains being cancelled and people being dunped from their trains. So today is one off.... But i reckon this will become a major interchange once thameslink is complete. It wont cope.

    FCC seems to be under the impression that they are in the business of selling tickets and moving trains.. they are not. They are in the business of transporting people! My train on Friday was half the usual length. This in itself isn't really excusable. (spare trains anyone?), but not the end...
