    Slow Train Wandsworth Road to Clapham Junction

    Does anybody know why this train is so slow? According to the National Timetable it takes 9 minutes to travel the 1.5 miles. A speed of 10 mph! A poor showing for such a busy service.

    The Nationalrail web site shows the cost of a single on the 8:43 weekday as £75.50 (anytime). When I add my 16-25 railcard this drops to £28.60 (off-peak).     Oyster Refunds - National Rail

    Anybody know why NR stations are not given as options for start/end of journey when requesting a refund? Also many of my requests for a refund do not even get a response from Oystercard! Is it because Oystercard staff are overwhelmed by the processing of the £60M refunds each year? Thanks.
