Its happening!!! Was there today and met contractor, pre works removing trees to start soon to enable 2 sidings to cater for 24 Wagons. Shale to go to Cement works and power stations. 8-9 years work involved to level one of Wrexhams historic landmarks.

I don't know if its already been posted but the kronospan freight derailed last night at Abbey Foreagate whilst running around. Its not an infrastructure fault. Let's just say one part of the train went one way and one the other. Some considerable damage has been inflicted. Pictures will follow...
