Thanks mate, fantastic reply, just the info I was after! Im currently a suburban driver in London, looking for a change very soon. Sounds like Plymouth has some variety. Do you find it easy to swap the nights if need be?

SWT are notoriously slow in replying to job applications, and then informing you of your progress through the process. Give them a call once a week, and try and speak to the same person in recruitment.
