    Prosecution Letter - False Accusations

I think you're first sentence here proves, that you actually haven't spoken to me, secondly I have rode the Adlington, Cheshire service on only three to four occasions as I had recently started a new position in the area and only once (the time in question) is when I've been spoken to about my...

    Prosecution Letter - False Accusations

Could you tell me when roughly you think you have spoken to me? Because I can tell you 100% sure I've been spoken to once before and the rail conductor performed the lighter trick and said I'd be fine to go on with that condition. Interesting this, and thanks for this post. Brings up a whole...

    Prosecution Letter - False Accusations

so all that's been explained is the invalidity of my railcard, something that I am aware of. However I can't understand why I was not properly notified of my options to gain a free replacement pass and to pay for the full fare. The rail conductor took my railcard with no explanation until my...

    Prosecution Letter - False Accusations

    Prosecution Letter - False Accusations

I had a receipt for the railcard but I have now used it to buy a replacement railcard. The receipt had to be given in as you're only allowed one reimbursement of a railcard. The original railcard is with the conductor. Probably in the bin, because it's been proven to be valid.

    Prosecution Letter - False Accusations

You're right in the fact that I should have got a replacement as soon as the date started to fade in the first instance, however I thought the lighter trick had worked and I wasn't anticpating for my ticket to fade that quickly, this was infact the first time I'd notice the year was unreadable...

    Prosecution Letter - False Accusations

Thanks for responding Sonic, Yes it is valid until 21June2012....My mistake! OK, but I have been accused of not intending to pay the full fare, when I offered to pay before leaving the train at Cheadle Hulme to resolve the situation. I also asked if he would hand in the railcard at...

    Prosecution Letter - False Accusations

Hello! I'm new to this forum, on the weekend I received a prosecution letter for traveling without a valid ticket and anti-social behaviour. Here is the story - I boarded a train from Adlington (Cheshire) – Cheadle Hulme on 25/04/2012. I got on the train at my usual stop Adlington...
