Hi, I hold a priv rate Oyster card that has credit on it but have noticed I'm not being charged priv rate, do I have to get the priv rate renewed at an office ? It's been a couple of years since I took the forms to an office when I set the cards up..thanks in advance.

I just had a weekend to brussels on Eurostar and applied for coupon two months ago so I could travel to Bruges from brussels but.they never turned up and I sent forms in two months ago...is this normal? I've never used my passes outside of the country before so am unsure of the system..
