Wouldn't it be more useful to divert it after Hawick back toward the Bruder counties line and reopen all the way to the Ecml?

    Other Line Reopenings

It's only enough been looked at by local councils. Indeed and fairly reliably the local channels (offical), Said they had genuinely been talking with Network rail And other parties to see if it could be done. Through Crowle there are two houses on the track bed and an extension on the old...

    Smartest and shabbiest stations

Smartest are a lot of Scottish stations ive been to. Waverley is great. And I think St Pancras despite being too far south for me is incredible. As for shabby the disgusting and national scandal almost of the line from Scunthorpe to Doncaster. My local Station Crowle (south aka Ealand). Is...

Leeds booking office - time for a remodelling ?

It's a shame they can't reuse the old station. It would be amazing to see trains in thete again. Somehow As for the huge office block they ought to flatten it and build a full glass atrium and perhaps recreate the style of the original station in terms of reclaimed materials and style. I'm no...

My idea for Good Lines to potentially be reopened as preserved or main line

A route IMHO that would be well used, perhaps could be the next big reopening in Scotland. The A84 is a nightmare but a railway would have a huge positive influence on a scenic and Busy place like that, and it would also provide a quicker route from Edinburgh to the west coast
