Leeman Road won't be a problem as it's being closed as part of York Central (assuming that they ever get that project off the ground properly).......

Joy, York's already a mess without pulling the small amount of local focus it gets. Guess I'd better get used to the car again, better sat in traffic with aircon and out of the rain than stranded at a bus stop waiting to see one of their wrecks turn up.

First York is a right mishmash of services over the weekend, with Park & Ride getting usual priority and operating 'normal' services but City & Uni getting Sunday services - I guess none of us are working to meet the needs of these tourists coming in on the P&R? At least they didn't try and...

Urgh, unless there's a frequency increase at peak this isn't going to work well on the 5/5A either - the existing singles we get are always full and standing and it really needs to be all decker to encourage more use...

This won't be the first time a fibre optic cable has had to be (temporarily or permanently) shifted to allow repairs/replacements - will all come down to the agreement made at the time. The telecoms industry is used to working around issues like these with their partners.
