Anyone know what section pay is? Seems my pension contribution is worked out on my section pay and not my salary so obviously not as much going in as I expected .. states 6.52% of section pay and I presume 1.5 times that amount by Abellio.

I’ve got a post and still struggle to get reply.. very frustrating but the whole process was frustrating applied for job October got interview November then heard nothing until March when asked if I was still interested.

Does anyone know if a shift allowance gets added to reference salary or is allowance already included as job is C2.2 permanent nights?

Hoping someone can help here just accepted traincare job and start pack came through with reference salary . Job is permanent night shift does that mean I still have a shift allowance to be added to that reference salary?

Yeah used to wearing uniform for work anyway .. just didn’t want to turn up over dressed .. any office job I’ve had it’s just trousers n shirt for business dress.
