That's 3 days in a row I've now seen driver training with the Green Arrow coaches between Armadale and Bathgate via Armadale East Main Street. Do you think it's for the X18 just using available fleet or maybe for a new route that's not yet announced?

Maybe already been mentioned but where are the extra coaches going?

And when the 29 goes off surely that will increase passenger numbers on the X18 with a less service to Broxburn from First? Although it did only run hourly so might not much of a increase

Surely another bus company will take over the 29? - it's the main link between Bathgate and Armadale to Avonbridge and Falkirk - Students attend from West Lothian to Forth Valley College (there's even a direct college bus in the morning) - This means Westfield has no bus service now?

So is the X18 now fully running with the Ex-Airlink double deckers? See them all the time on the X18 so have they moved them around and took them off the X27/28?

Is their any possibility Lothian could buy First West Lothian? I don't really know how bus operations work but obviously First are selling their bus networks in the UK and it would be the best option if Lothian truly want West Lothian?

I've always thought M&D's needs a better bus service. It's a big reason a lot of people don't go their because it's in the middle of no where. Although the chances of Lothian Country providing a service is slim and would probably be more of a job for Lothian Motorcoaches. Great suggestion though

That's a good suggestion with Blackburn, would make more sense than Armadale with Blackburn having no direct rail link!
