    Oh I hate competency based interviews too. The STAR technique does help you to frame your answers well. I found this youtube video quite helpful: Good luck for the 22nd!

    Now I'm really baffled - the conductor role at Reading is being advertised again with a closing date of 2nd Oct. I still haven't heard anything about progressing to Stage 2 after passing my Stage 1 on 20th Aug and now the role is being advertised again I'm assuming that is not a positive sign...
