Hi!
Does anyone know what the first class lounge is like for the 2 berth sleeper passengers is like? I’m going by the assumption it is the same lounge as the first class ÖBB Lounge but wanted to know what amenities are available there for free (snacks, drinks etc) and also onboard the sleeper train itself. Thanks for any help.

Per the seat61.com website:

  • First class lounges: At Vienna Hbf, Salzburg & Innsbruck passengers with tickets for any type of sleeper (meaning sleeper, not couchettes) can use the ÖBB lounge for up to 2 hours before departure or 2 hours after arrival, also with complimentary tea, coffee, beer, wine and snacks. There is now no lounge in Zurich or Basel. As all Nightjet tickets are technically 2nd class, even now for deluxe sleepers, you cannot use the 1st class DB Lounges at German stations.

Thanks for the help! You wouldn’t know by any chance if entry to the lounge is also included on Nightjet partners would you? (E.g EN Wien-Prague)

According to the ÖBB Lounge Nutzungsbestummungen, any sleeping car ticket regardless of the operator is valid for entry to the lounge.

Side Note: This specifically applies only to sleeping cars and not couchette tickets.

Per the seat61.com website:
Think it's now 90 minutes not 2 hours. And the snacks of an evening, from experience, are more limited than they once were - but the drinks are OK.
On the sleeper you get a welcome drink and a decent breakfast (which you order on boarding), though I think the Czech version is less generous.
The attendant should be able to sell food but I've not tried it.
