09.55 Chiltern service from Birmingham to London

Hi,

Sorry if it's the wrong area but found a cheap ticket for next Thursday and wanted to know if a loco hauled or dmu operated service and will there be plugs at seats.

The 1055 is booked to be loco hauled, the 0955 isn't.

Chiltern advertise that their "Mainline" trains do have power sockets.

The 0955 (1H30) is booked to be formed of a 2 car 168 at the front coupled to a 4 car 168 at the rear. Six carriages in total. Plug sockets and wifi throughout.

The train is the first Super Off-Peak into London Marylebone, so is usually fairly busy, particularly from Banbury.
