I have a 11-15 Zip Oyster photo card for free/discounted travel in London and have been wanting to see my journey history for a while. I am aware that I can see this on a TfL ticket machine, however, this only shows my most recent 8-or-so journeys. I've tried signing into photocard.tfl.gov.uk but this doesn't have any "journey history" option. I have tried signing into oyster.tfl.gov.uk with the same login details but this has not worked (do I need a whole new account for this?). Thank you for any advice you have!

The photocard site (where you can request the card) is different to the normal tfl oyster account.
I've had a regular oyster account for many years, but had to register a new photocard account to order my daughter's 5-10 oystercard.
I can view her travel history, along side my existing oyster card, on my existing tfl oyster account.
The photocards are '1st generation' so you can't see their history in the tfl oyster app.

I want to see my child's 11-15 Zip card journey history and have tried adding to my existing Oyster account, but it's asking for a 4 digit PIN. I don't remember receiving a PIN - any suggestions on where to find? Or just call TfL?
