1st GWR HSTs off lease 31/08/17 and heading to Scotland

According to Richard Clinnick of Rail Magazine

"1st two GWR HST power cars go off-lease on August 31. 43021/132 are destined for ScotRail. 6 Mk 3s also to go off-lease."


Apparently no 800 in service until
October

How many spare hst sets do GWR have?


I couldn't see this elsewhere so apologies if duplicate

That thread also mentions that the official handover for the first set is on the 28th at Laira depot.
