Welcome to the forums!

It will (probably) be formed of an MPV. They are used for weedkilling and rail head treatment (ie. getting leaf mulch and other contaminants off the rail) as well as other things.

Bear in mind this train may not run everyday - in fact it hasn't run at all last week. You can check if a train is running on realtimetrains.co.uk
