Just wondering is there a way of getting the actual arrival/departure times for trains from the last week/month/3months, etc?

RealTimeTrains seems to remove them after a couple of days.

I have tried realtraintimes and open rail to find how services fair, but they do not give me historic data for say the start of the month where one would be able to see the dwell time and passing certain points etc.

Is there a site that has historic data?

The website in post #2 does so. At the bottom, enter your station and date. Select a service and click "View Train". It then takes you to a page with a calendar with various dates coloured differently. Clicking the day will show how the train ran that day.

Is there a way of finding out whether a train was late (or arrived on time!) historically? I can only go back to midnight today on NRE. I'm after a report on a service that left MYB for BMO yesterday (27/6/13) at 1445.

I'm sure this was possible in the past. Thanks in advance and apologies if this question has already been asked, I couldn't find it.

I can usually get RTT to give me reports up to a few days after a train runs, by altering the date in the URL.

Yes, Raildar.co.uk will show historical data.

Does anyone know the creator? If you are reading this and are on this forum please get in touch :)

This website may help you out :)

Wow thanks for that link! It is a shame that the Waterloo Diversions in April 2013 have dropped off the radar, but at least I can tell what didn't run on the Bank Holiday Monday as there are no recorded times on them.

Would there be anything that holds previous data like that? Even a public timetable for the diversions would do but that's as rare as gold dust!

Fantastic. I've found some really good websites in this thread. Thank you all.

You're welcome! You may need to select the train from a relevant date-

e.g. If you're after a Saturday working, first do an advanced search on any given Saturday, as the system doesn't like it when you try to change it from a Weekend to Weekday and vice versa.
