Adding journey to Eurostar account

Is there any way to manually add a journey to your account? I've added my membership number yet its still not appearing? Their systems seem very glitchy at the moment - I had a £10 loyalty voucher to use, and couldn't use it online and after 30 mins waiting on the phone decided it was too much hassle to sort!

Yep on the website go to Club Eurostar and click 'Claim missing points. ' On the app I think there's an 'add a journey' option or similar, but both appear to be unavailable at present.
