Alternatives to NRE Pocket Timetable Generator?

Does anyone know of any alternatives to the NRE pocket timetable generator?

I'm looking to produce a printable timetable for Wigan - Manchester journeys from 21st May. The NRE system can't cope with the station groups and either refuses to create a timetable at all, or spits out a version which includes trains multiple times, and spurious walking routes.

Any suggestions would be gratefully appreciated.
