This app, CG Transit, seems aimed squarely at the Czech & Slovak market but as it includes much of the rest of Europe, I thought it might be of interest to some here.
It isn't free though.
You can start with a free 30 day trial then, if you wish to continue, you need to pay for a 12 month license.
Individual countries cost 1.59€, the complete Europe trains package costs 2.99€ and a complete package including other public transport in the Czech Republic and Slovakia costs 4.99€.
I've only recently downloaded the Android version so can't yet comment on how frequently (or accurately) the data (IDOS data supplied by http://www.chaps.cz/) is updated but the timetable data does seem complete, possibly more so than with the similar free Eurail/Interail app.
Seems well worth a 30 day trial.

Edit:
Well, having spent a bit more time with this I have actually paid for it, a rare thing for me.
It beats the other off-line alternative from Eurail hands down finding trains which are simply not in the Eurail database. Another useful feature is the ability to have up to six via points and the interface works well for me.
For 4.99€ (£3.59) for a 12 month license (which is added on to the end of the 30 day trial) the full product seems well worth having.
