I need glasses for distance vision, and have recently started as a trainee driver. I've noticed a lot of glare from signals when driving at night, worse than with traffic lights on the road. It's not unbearable or a safety issue, just sometimes a bit annoying.
I was wondering if any drivers have had experience with lenses from a particular opticians being especially good for reducing the 'star effect' from signal aspects in the dark. My lenses already have UV coating, anti-reflection and scratch resistance treatments, but they're from one of the cheap online glasses retailers.
Thanks in advance for any tips or advice.
