Any dispatchers or csa’s on here who work for Avanti West Coast?

I was thinking about becoming a dispatcher, I wanted some peoples thoughts on the job? Is the job good what are your thoughts?

Hi I'm a dispatcher. It's an amazing job and I like it so much ! In this role you need to be safety focused as you'll be dispatching trains and keeping your colleagues and the passengers safe on the platform, you need to have a good eye for details and focused at all the time (in case you spot something is not right) , you need to have a perfect customer service skills as you'll be dealing with people from all walks ( from students , workers , migrants, tourists, and drunk people) you need to know how to deal with difficult customers specially in case of disruptions and cancellations.
The requirement process is amazing ,I've personally enjoyed it .
Show enthusiasm, write down some questions and go to the station where you want to work at and speak to staff when they're not dispatching.
