It's been in a couple of times today, hangs around for about 15 minutes, then heads off in the direction of Regensburg.

From the article above in The Local, SBB eventually wants to run the Giruno into Germany. The area where this one has been observed is not on the intended route to Frankfurt, but an example of the class might be testing or accumulating hours under German rules on some generic DB power and signalling systems as part of the acceptance process.
