Are there no crosscountry 10 minute reservations today ?

Tried to get 10 minute reservations and there doesnt seem to be any? Tried on the service I am travelling on and then on some others and nothing available? Is there a problem? Or have reservations now all closed!
Also the texting service now appears to be free? When did this change please?
